A few simple things to know before you arrive: booking, check-in, and what to pack for a relaxed stay by the beach.
Know before you book
The essentials for securing your cottage and planning your arrival.
Minimum stay
All stays have a minimum booking of 2 nights.
Deposit to book
A 50% deposit secures each reservation. No booking is guaranteed without it.
Balance on arrival
The balance is payable on arrival by credit card or EFTPOS. Cash and cheques are not accepted on arrival.
Cancellations
Your holding deposit is forfeited unless at least 14 days notice of cancellation is given.
Check-in & check-out
Check-in is from 2:00 pm and check-out is by 10:00 am.
No pets
We have a strict no-pets policy, choosing instead to support the native wildlife.
Group bookings
For group bookings, a credit-card imprint is also taken as a damage bond.
What's provided, what to bring
Provided in every cottage
- Doonas, pillows and blankets
- Fully equipped kitchen (oven, hotplate, microwave, dishwasher)
- Crockery and glassware for ten
- Washing machine and clothesline
- Iron and ironing board
- Colour plasma TV and DVD player
- Ceiling fans and oil heaters
- BBQ (private, or shared under a covered gazebo)
- Private fire pit
- Undercover parking
Bring your own
- Linen (available from the office, price on application)
- Towels
- Toiletries and toilet paper
- Washing detergent
- All food
While you're here
A relaxed, eco-minded property. A few gentle house rules keep it that way for everyone.
Visitor parking
Visitors are welcome but must park all vehicles at the office parking area
Quiet hours
Please refrain from excessive noise or activity after 11 pm and before 7 am
On-site speed
Vehicle speed on the property must not exceed 10 km/h (walking pace)
Water
All water on the property is tank water, except a small amount of bore water used for the gardens
Campfires
Each cottage has its own area for campfires
Recycling
Please use the different rubbish bins outside each cottage to help us recycle
Keys
Please return all keys before departure. A $50 fee applies for lost keys.
